Review every local workspace
Workspaces builds a live summary from the extension database so users can inspect workspace contents, local paths, estimated size, and recent backup or sync information.
Each row represents a stored workspace and uses its real workspace name and identifier.
Counts are calculated from Notes, Links, Snippets, Todos, Sessions, Chat Agents, and other supported stored records assigned to that workspace.
The panel reports local storage mode, a local workspace path, an estimated size, and available backup or sync timestamps.
Expand a workspace row
Expanded rows help users understand what is stored before they manage or remove a workspace.
Review the number of supported object types currently associated with the workspace.
The displayed size is an estimate derived from the number of stored items, not a byte-perfect disk measurement.
When stored timestamps exist, the panel shows their relative time; otherwise it reports Never or no value.
Delete a workspace carefully
Workspace deletion removes the selected workspace through the extension’s workspace data layer and requires confirmation.
Expand the row and verify its name and stored-item counts.
Open the deletion action for that workspace.
Read the confirmation dialog and approve only when the selected workspace is no longer required.
